SYNTHESES OF ω -Н-PERFLUORINE CARBOXYLIC ACIDS BY OXIDATION OF ALCOHOL-TELOMERS H(CF2CF2)nCH2OH

Methods of synthesis of ω-Н-perfluorine carboxylic acids by oxidation of alcohol-telomers of H(CF2CF2)nCH2OH (n = 1 – 4) composition were developed. Physical-chemical properties of poly fluorinated alcohols and carboxylic acids were determined.

ELECTROCHEMICAL BEHAVIOR OF 5-(PYRID-3-YL)-10,15,20-TRIPHENYLPORPHYRIN AND ITS Co-, (Py)Co-COMPLEXES

The comparative study of electrochemical behaviour of 5-(pyrid-3-yl)-10,15,20-tri-phenylporphyrin (H2(3-Py)triPhP) and its Co-, (Py)Co-complexes was carried out by the method of cyclic voltammetry in an aqueous alkaline solution. The influence of the nature of the functional substituents and the metal, as well as additional extraligand on the character of cyclic I,E- curves, values of the redox potentials and the electrocatalytic activity of the compounds in the reaction of ionization of molecular oxygen was established.

INFLUENCE OF LIGANDS BASICITY ON COMPLEXATION KINETICS OF 5,10,15,20-TETRA(TRIFLUOROMETHYL)PORPHYN AND 5,10,15,20-TETRA(ISO-BUTYL)PORPHYN
WITH COPPER ACETATE

Spectrophotometric studies of base and complexation properties of 5,10,15,20-tetra(trifluoromethyl)porphine and 5,10,15,20-tetra(iso-butyl)porphine were carried out in systems acetonitrile – HClO4 and CH3COOH – Cu(ОАc)2. It was found that under ligands titration with perchloric acid in acetonitrile the consecutive protonating of nitrogen atoms of pyrrolic rings occurs with formation of mono – and dicationic forms. Electron absorption spectra may be obtained for these cationic forms. Total basicity constants and concentration intervals of existence of ligands ionized forms in acetonitrile were determined. Kinetic parameters of copper(II) complex formation was measured. The influence of nature of meso-position substituents of porphyrin macrocycle on reactivity of tetrapyrrolic macrocycle was dicussed.
